  These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to PatchRadar and the use of our website and mobile app (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
• 1. General information
  PatchRadar is a web-based service that provides users with processed, publicly accessible information about games and other products.
• 2. Account-Registration
  • Users do not need to create an account to use the services. However, optional registration enables a personalised experience.
  • Registration is done via Google, Apple or e-mail authentication.
  
• 3. Permitted use
  • Users can interact with posts. For users it is not possible to create or upload content.
  • The use of bot accounts or the execution of harmful activities such as DDoS attacks is strictly prohibited.
• 4. Data collection and data protection
  • We only collect technically necessary data for anonymous users.
  • Registered users provide additional data: E-Mail (mandatory), Username (optional) and country (optional).
  • Cookies can be used in the web version as well as in the mobile app.
  • User data is stored in Google Firebase.

• 5. Intellectual property
  • PatchRadar retains ownership of its logo, code and platform infrastructure.
  • The content provided by our services is publicly accessible information and remains the property of the respective owners.
• 6. Limitation of liability
  • The information provided on PatchRadar may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Users should check details independently.
  • PatchRadar displays third-party logos and publicly available information; we do not claim ownership of such material.
  • Our services are provided without warranties of any kind.
  • PatchRadar does not take responsibility for the content displayed on the platform.
• 7. Account termination
  PatchRadar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for malicious behavior, whether confirmed or reasonably suspected, including bot activity or violations of these Terms.
• 8. Applicable law
  These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Austria. All disputes shall be settled before the courts of Salzburg, Austria.
• 9. Changes to the Terms
