2. Data processing on our app and website:
Our app and website provide personalized news about third-party products. Users may voluntarily register to
access additional features, such as following products, liking posts, and customizing their timeline.
3. Data collection: • Without Registration: IP address, session cookies, and
analytics data collected via Google Analytics (see Section 7). • With
Registration: Email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and optionally a username and country.
4. Purpose of Data Processing:
We process personal data for the following purposes:
• Creating user accounts.
• Personalizing the app experience.
• Ensuring technical security and functionality.
5. Legal Basis for Data Processing: We process personal data based on the following
legal grounds:
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): When you voluntarily provide your information, such as during
registration.
• Performance of a Contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): To provide the services you request, including
maintaining
your user account and customizing your experience.
• Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): To ensure the functionality, security, and improvement of our
app and website (including through the use of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics), as well as
to address technical and operational needs.
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent for the use of
non-essential cookies, such as those set by Google Analytics.
6. Data Sharing and Transfers:
We work with the following service providers: • Firebase (Google LLC). • Microsoft Azure. • Google
Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). • Discord Inc. (for our Discord bot, see Section
8). Some data
may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards
are
in place, as required by the GDPR.
7. Cookies, Web Analytics and Similar Technologies:
We use session cookies and other technologies necessary for technical and security purposes.
We also use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland
Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and its parent company Google LLC (USA)
("Google"), to understand how visitors use our website and app and to improve our Services. Google
Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that generate information such as your approximate
location, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source, and how you interact with our
Services. This information may be transmitted to and processed by Google on servers located outside the
EEA, including in the United States; where such transfers occur, Google has certified under the EU-U.S.
Data Privacy Framework as an appropriate safeguard under Articles 45/46 GDPR.
You can object to the use of Google Analytics at any time, for example by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser
Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. For more information on how Google
processes your data, see Google's Privacy

8. Discord Bot:
Our Discord bot posts news about games into Discord servers whose administrators have added it. It does
not read the content of messages written by users and does not access the member lists of a
server.
Data we store:
• The ID of the server and of the channels, threads or forums the bot posts to, including the forum tags
chosen for posts.
• The games the server follows, its posting settings and the IDs of the roles to mention.
• The approximate member count and online count of the server, as provided by Discord.
• A log of the updates posted (time, title, target channel, whether the post succeeded and Discord's
technical response). Technical logs of the bot may also contain the name of the server.
When someone uses a command of the bot, Discord transmits their user ID, username and server permissions
along with the command. We use this only to answer the command and do not store it.
Purpose and legal basis:
• Server settings: to post the updates the server has requested (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Post log and member counts: for operation, troubleshooting and statistics about the reach of our
service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients:
The bot works through Discord, so this data is exchanged with Discord Inc. (USA). Discord's own Privacy Policy applies there. The bot and our
backend are hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Retention and deletion:
• A setting is deleted automatically when it is removed with /untrack or when the channel or thread it
posts to is deleted. A deleted role is removed from the settings that mention it.
• All settings and the post log of a server are deleted automatically when the bot is removed from that
server.
• Entries in the post log are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• For any other deletion request, contact us at privacy@patchradar.com with your server ID.
9. Data Retention:
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Registered
user data will be stored until the user deletes their account. Data of our Discord bot is handled as
described in Section 8.
10. User Rights:
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Access to your data.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your data.
• Restriction of processing.
• Objection to processing.

11. Right to File Complaints:
